Para facilitar la doble meta, el documento contempla eximir a la empresa de recabar la documentaci\u00f3n que ya obre en poder de la Administraci\u00f3n, lo que <strong>supone una importante reducci\u00f3n de cargas administrativas<\/strong>. En paralelo, aboga por fijar un plazo cerrado para emitir la primera resoluci\u00f3n del expediente.
