{"id":5088,"date":"2015-10-20T11:06:43","date_gmt":"2015-10-20T09:06:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/palomo.net\/?p=5088"},"modified":"2015-10-20T11:06:43","modified_gmt":"2015-10-20T09:06:43","slug":"correcta-contabilizacion-de-los-gastos-por-acciones-formativas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/palomo.net\/ca\/correcta-contabilizacion-de-los-gastos-por-acciones-formativas\/","title":{"rendered":"CORRECTA CONTABILIZACI\u00d3N DE LOS GASTOS POR ACCIONES FORMATIVAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De conformidad con lo establecido en la reciente <strong>Ley 30\/2015, de 9 de septiembre de 2015, por la que se regula el Sistema de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional para el empleo en el \u00e1mbito laboral<\/strong>, las empresas deber\u00e1n<strong> identificar en una cuenta separada o ep\u00edgrafe espec\u00edfico de su contabilidad todos los gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n de las acciones formativas<\/strong> y las <strong>bonificaciones<\/strong> que se apliquen, bajo la denominaci\u00f3n de \u201c<strong>Formaci\u00f3n profesional para el empleo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La omisi\u00f3n de ese requisito formal constituye una infracci\u00f3n grave, tipificada en la Ley sobre Infracciones y Sanciones en el Orden Social, pudiendo ser sancionada con multa, en su grado m\u00ednimo, de 626 a 1.250 euros, en su grado medio de 1.251 a 3.125 euros y, en su grado m\u00e1ximo, de 3.126 a 6.250, al margen y sin perjuicio de otras sanciones accesorias como la p\u00e9rdida de bonificaciones y ayudas derivadas de la aplicaci\u00f3n de los programas de empleo o formaci\u00f3n profesional para el empleo, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Para contabilizar el gasto, ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido utilizar la cuenta 649 \u201cOtros Gastos Sociales\u201d o la cuenta 623 \u201cServicios profesionales independientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para contabilizar la bonificaci\u00f3n, se podr\u00e1 utilizar la cuenta 740 \u201cSubvenciones oficiales a la explotaci\u00f3n\u201d o la cuenta 741 \u201cOtras subvenciones a la explotaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De conformidad con lo establecido en la reciente Ley 30\/2015, de 9 de septiembre de 2015, por la que se regula el Sistema de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional para el empleo en el \u00e1mbito laboral, las empresas deber\u00e1n identificar en una cuenta separada o ep\u00edgrafe espec\u00edfico de su contabilidad todos los gastos de ejecuci\u00f3n de las acciones [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":5089,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5088","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
