M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los juegos contables y el margen para jugar con el stock o las retribuciones, <strong>el nuevo impuesto sobre sociedades ofrece incentivos que permiten reducir la factura fiscal<\/strong>. Ahora, cuando el n\u00famero de compa\u00f1\u00edas en beneficios crece, la reforma fiscal mantiene los l\u00edmites a la deducibilidad de los intereses e introduce una nueva reducci\u00f3n tributaria para fomentar el ahorro empresarial: la reserva de capitalizaci\u00f3n. Si bien se elimina el gravamen m\u00e1s reducido para medianas y peque\u00f1as empresas, el nuevo impuesto sobre sociedades incorpora una rebaja tributaria exclusiva para pymes y bautizada como reserva de nivelaci\u00f3n. <strong>Es un instrumento que permite rebajar la factura fiscal de un ejercicio cerrado con beneficios y, a la vez, compensar las posibles p\u00e9rdidas del futuro<\/strong>.
