El Real Decreto recoge los est\u00e1ndares internacionales en esta materia, tanto de la UE como de la OCDE, de forma que permitir\u00e1 cumplir con los compromisos adquiridos por Espa\u00f1a respecto del Acuerdo Multilateral de autoridades competentes para el intercambio autom\u00e1tico de informaci\u00f3n sobre cuentas financieras, firmado en Berl\u00edn por 51 pa\u00edses y jurisdicciones (incluida Espa\u00f1a).
