{"id":5975,"date":"2016-01-19T12:44:44","date_gmt":"2016-01-19T11:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/palomo.net\/ca\/?p=5975"},"modified":"2016-01-19T12:50:13","modified_gmt":"2016-01-19T11:50:13","slug":"novetats-laborals-i-de-la-seguretat-social-gener-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/palomo.net\/ca\/novetats-laborals-i-de-la-seguretat-social-gener-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"NOVETATS LABORALS i de la SEGURETAT SOCIAL GENER 2016!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A continuaci\u00f3 els informem de les principals <strong>NOVETATS LABORALS i de la SEGURETAT SOCIAL<\/strong> incloses en la Llei de Pressupostos Generals per a 2016 i altres normes publicades recentment:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les quanties del <strong><u>Salari M\u00ednim<\/u><\/strong> <strong>Interprofessional per a 2016<\/strong>, s&#8217;estableixen en 655,20 euros \/ mes i 21,84 euros \/ dia, que representa un increment de <strong>l&#8217;1%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les <strong>bases m\u00e0ximes de cotitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> al r\u00e8gim general <u>s&#8217;incrementen<\/u> un <strong>1%<\/strong> per a l&#8217;any 2016, sent de 3.642,00 \u20ac \/ mensuals o 121,40 \u20ac \/ dia. <strong>Les bases m\u00ednimes<\/strong> s&#8217;incrementaran en el mateix percentatge en qu\u00e8 ha augmentat el SMI <strong>(1%).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Els treballadors <strong><u>AUT\u00d2NOMS<\/u><\/strong> que, a 1 de gener 2016, <strong>tinguin 47 anys<\/strong> d&#8217;edat <strong>i cotitzen <\/strong>en el RETA per una base inferior a 1.945,80 \u20ac mensuals no podran triar una base de cotitzaci\u00f3 superior a 1.964,70 \u20ac, llevat que exercitin <u>la seva opci\u00f3<\/u> en aquest sentit abans del <strong>30-06-2016<\/strong>. <u>La base m\u00ednima<\/u> dels aut\u00f2noms s&#8217;incrementa aproximadament en un 1% (893,10 \u20ac)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prorroga fins al 31-12-2016 les <strong>bonificacions<\/strong> en les cotitzacions per a les empreses, excloses les pertanyents al sector p\u00fablic, dedicades a activitats enquadrades en els sectors de <u>turisme, comer\u00e7 vinculat al mateix i hostaleria<\/u> que generin activitat productiva en els mesos de <strong>febrer , mar\u00e7 i de novembre<\/strong> de cada any i que inici\u00efn i \/ o mantinguin en alta durant aquests mesos l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 dels treballadors amb <strong>contractes de car\u00e0cter fix discontinu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;entrada en vigor de l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 de la <strong>durada del perm\u00eds de paternitat<\/strong> a quatre setmanes s&#8217;ajorna fins al <strong>01-01-2017<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Es reconeixer\u00e0 un <strong>complement de pensi\u00f3<\/strong>, per la seva aportaci\u00f3 demogr\u00e0fica a la Seguretat Social, <strong>a les dones<\/strong> que hagin tingut 2 o m\u00e9s <strong>fills naturals o adoptats<\/strong>. El percentatge addicional de la pensi\u00f3 contributiva estar\u00e0 en funci\u00f3 del nombre de fills: 5% en cas de <u>dos fills<\/u>, 10% en el cas de 3 fills i del 15% en el cas de quatre o m\u00e9s.
