A estas alturas del a\u00f1o no est\u00e1 claro que los anticipos puedan cobrarse en el pago a cuenta de octubre, por lo que numerosos expertos auguran que recaudar 6.000 millones extraordinarios resultar\u00e1 muy complicado.
