Por ello hemos organizado un <strong>ciclo formativo en Liderazgo<\/strong> dividido en <strong>5 cursos<\/strong> para <strong>mejorar las capacidades de liderazgo en mandos intermedios, responsables y directores o gerentes<\/strong>. Estos cursos pueden ser bonificados a trav\u00e9s de los cr\u00e9ditos formativos de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede apuntar a los trabajadores a todo el ciclo formativo o a cursos sueltos seg\u00fan las necesidades. <strong>Los cursos se dividen en 4 sesiones, 1 por semana, de 2 horas y media de duraci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Cada formaci\u00f3n dura un mes natural. Todos se imparten en las instalaciones de Palomo Consultors en <strong>horario de ma\u00f1ana de 9:30 a 12:00.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las formaciones que componen el total del Ciclo de Liderazgo son:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Autoconocimiento y conducci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Durante el mes de abril.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Habilidades sociales y trabajo en equipo<\/strong>. Durante el mes de mayo.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Relaciones sociales.<\/strong> Durante el mes de Junio.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Influencia personal.<\/strong> Durante el mes de octubre.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Competencias en la visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/strong> Durante el mes de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>Estos cursos est\u00e1n impartidos por <strong>Maria Iglesias,<\/strong> coach m\u00e1ster en PNL y<strong> Pere Guiu<\/strong>, coach especialista en inteligencia emocional y comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para las empresas interesadas, est\u00e1 la <strong>opci\u00f3n de hacer el curso in-company<\/strong> (con un m\u00ednimo de alumnos) e incluir una anal\u00edtica previa de los l\u00edderes analiz\u00e1ndolos con el <strong>Test ESCI-360<\/strong>.
