El grupo parlamentario de Ciudadanos plantea el martes en el Pleno del Congreso una <strong>propuesta de ley<\/strong> que dejar\u00eda sin efecto este impuesto en toda Espa\u00f1a, y que <strong>bonificar\u00eda<\/strong> al 100% el gravamen tanto por las herencias de padres a hijos y c\u00f3nyuges, como por las de abuelos a nietos.
